  • Canonical property types: one fixed list (Single Family, Multifamily, Land, etc.) on lead edit and connection routing — outlet-specific labels normalize on save; legacy values migrate automatically.
  • Link connection on lead: admins pick a validated connector connection from the lead page (linked platform account + vetting + Connector role + matching property type).
  • Assign to next: round-robin assigns to the connection's linked connector account, not the CRM owner; unrouted connections show guidance on the connection edit form.
  • List a property fix: empty seller email no longer causes a 500 on connector/admin listing create — persists as empty string per lead edit behavior.
